Avocado salsa ingredients:

Avocado: Avocados should not be raw nor over ripe. Best avocados are those which give you a little push when you press them.

Tomatoes: Take ripened tomatoes and dice them with seeds.

Onions: I am using red onion for salsa. Red onion has a bit sweet and mild flavor compared to white onions and better to eat in raw form. White onions are better for cooking.

Coriander: Take fresh leaves of coriander and chop them.

Jalapenos: Jalapenos give the signature spicy and tangy flavor to salsa. Chop them and add.

Sweet corn: Sweet corn gives a nice popping flavor to salsa but sweet corn should be soft and easily chew able. Hard kernels ruin the taste of salsa.

Garlic: I am using fresh garlic paste for the recipe. You can use chopped garlic as well. But always use fresh garlic. Do not use garlic powder or ready made garlic paste.

Lemon juice: Lemon juice or lime juice, to enhance the tangy flavor of salsa.

Spices for dressing: Spices include cumin, chili flakes, parsley mixed herbs, salt, and black pepper.

Cheese sauce: For cheese sauce we need cheddar cheese, butter and milk. Cheese sauce should not be very thick. It should be of spreadable consistency.
