This cheesy toast with rich flavour of garlic and butter is my personal favourite. I love the way this toast bursts the aroma of garlic and cheese in my mouth. It starts with baking whole garlic in oven and trust me this baked garlic is hundreds time tastier than raw one. Baked garlic cloves come out of its bunch like paste. You just have to mix it with butter and add fresh coriander, chilli flakes, and salt. Simply apply this garlic butter on your toast and enjoy. Adding cheese on top and baking this toast is optional but it really enhances its taste and crispiness.

Mayo egg toast

Mayo egg toast recipe is super easy and super tasty. You just have to boil eggs preferably hard boil, mash them, add mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and fresh coriander in eggs and mix. This is how simply your mayo egg spread is ready. You can make it once and keep it in fridge for 3-4 days. Spread butter and mayo egg mixture on your toast and enjoy. you can also try my healthy avocado toast for your breakfast.   • 2 slices bread
  • 1 whole garlic bulb
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • ¼ tsp Red chilli flakes
  • ¼ tsp salt

Mayo egg toast

  • 2 whole boiled eggs
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp Crushed black pepper

Cream cheese with veggies and eggs toast

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ½ small chopped tomatoes
  • 3-4 whole chopped black olives
  • 1 tbsp chopped jalapenos
  • 2 whole fried eggs

Peanut butter and banana toast

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ banana slices
  • 1 tbsp chocolate


  • Cut bread into thick slices.
  • Take a garlic bulb and cut it from top. Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper on top and wrap it in aluminium foil.
  • Bake this garlic bulb for one hour at 160 degree centigrade.
  • Take butter in a bowl. Press baked in that butter until whole garlic paste comes out. Add chilli flakes, fresh coriander and salt and mix all things in butter.
  • Take toasted bread slices and apply garlic butter on them. Add grated mozzarella cheese on these slices and bake until cheese melts and gets golden.
  • For mayo egg toast mash full boiled eggs. Add mayonnaise, fresh coriander, salt, and black pepper in eggs and mix.
  • take toasted slices of bread and spread butter on them. Add mayo eggs spread on slices and serve.
  • For cream cheese with eggs and veggies toast apply generous amount of cream cheese on toasted slices of bread. Add chopped olives, tomatoes, and jalapenos on slices. Top these slices with fried eggs.
  • For peanut butter and banana toast apply peanut butter on toasted bread slices. Add chunks of banana on these slices and top them with grated chocolate.
