Dynamite chicken is my all time favorite dish. It is actually crispy fried chicken coated in spicy dynamite sauce. This sauce is basically mayonnaise based sauce with addition of tomato ketchup and chili sauce.  I mixed fresh vegetables in sauce and add them with crispy chicken in rolls.

These rolls are super tasty, super economical, and get ready in no time. They are best to make when we are hungry but don’t want to spend so much time in kitchen. They remind me of my university days when I used to go with my friends, and eat rolls from barbecue shop.

Dynamite chicken rolls ingredients:

  • Chicken: For making dynamite chicken it is best to use boneless thighs of chicken cut into two inch pieces.
  • Flour: All purpose plain flour is used for crispy coating of chicken.
  • Egg: Egg is also mixed with flour to make perfect crispy coating.
  • Vegetables for rolls: I am using capsicum of different colors, onion, cabbage, and carrots. I have also addend slices of gherkins because I love their tangy flavor. You can also add vegetables of your own choice.
  • Dynamite sauce: For making dynamite sauce we need mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, salt and pepper. Just mix all the things and our sauce will be ready.
  • Flat bread: For making these rolls, I am using frozen paratha. It is so much time saving to use ready to cook flat bread. But if you like homemade paratha , you can make them.

Variations in chicken rolls:

  • It is not necessary to use parathas for making these rolls. We can use any kind of flat bread. Weather its tortilla wraps or pain roti, we can adjust according to our choice.
  • If you are a spice lover and want more spicy sauce, you can add red chili powder and chili garlic sauce in dynamite sauce.
  • It’s also up to you, how you assemble the roll. I have mixed all the vegetables in dynamite sauce and put them on fried chicken in bread. You can mix chicken in sauce and add vegetables on it.
