Pulled chicken club sandwiches variations:

  • I marinated chicken with a spicy seasoning and made pulled chicken sandwiches without bbq sauce. You can add bbq sauce if you want to make bbq pulled chicken sandwiches.
  • I have not included omelet in these sandwiches but you can add it if you like it. It complements these sandwiches.
  • Selection of bread is totally up to you. If you like healthier version, you can use bran bread or multigrain bread. And if you are more taste conscious like me then you can use white milky bread, the way I use.
  • I have added jalapenos and olives in the sauce. You can mix chunks of capsicum, green onion and mushrooms also in sauce.
  • You can include celery, cabbage, bell peppers, carrots or any vegetable you like in salad.

Sides for pulled chicken sandwiches

  • Serve sandwiches with a variety of dip sauces. Chili mayo, garlic mayo, tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce and mint chutney. These sauces enhance the beauty and taste of sandwiches.
  • I recommend serving these sandwiches with French fries. Your plate of sandwiches will be incomplete without their inclusion.
  • One thing which I also forgot to do J is to insert tooth picks in the sandwiches. Toothpicks hold all things together in sandwiches and make them easy to eat.
  • If you are using large sandwich bread then cut it into four pieces. Small sandwiches look pretty and easy to eat as well.
